Point Lookout Sign - Handmade from Reclaimed Timber
Made from reclaimed fruit display crates, pulled apart by hand, sanded, and brought back to life with a bit of paint and a whole lot of character. This design started as a custom piece for a doctor in Brisbane. People loved it so much, I made another.
This 66cm sign reads "Point Lookout - North Stradbroke Island"—for those who know the magic of Straddie's rugged coastline and endless horizons.
Each piece of timber tells its own story, which means no two signs are ever the same. Knots, grain patterns, weathering—it's all part of what makes them special. These aren't manufactured signs. They're handmade, one at a time, in my little studio in Mission Beach.
Lightly sealed and painted with outdoor-grade paints, so they're ready for the elements.
